Empire Junk Removal provides residential and commercial junk removal and hauling services, including but not limited to:
General junk removal
Furniture removal
Appliance removal
Yard waste and debris removal
Construction and renovation debris removal
Garage, attic, and basement cleanouts
Property and estate cleanouts
Office and commercial cleanouts
Moving and property cleanup
Same-day junk removal, when available
Services are available throughout Peoria and surrounding communities.
Certain hazardous, prohibited, or regulated materials may not be accepted. Please contact us before scheduling if you are unsure whether we can remove a particular item or material.
3. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on the information available at the time of the estimate, consultation, or on-site inspection. Pricing may depend on factors such as the volume, weight, type, quantity, and accessibility of the items being removed.
Final pricing may change if the actual amount or type of junk differs from the information originally provided. We will communicate any pricing changes and obtain approval before proceeding whenever possible.
4. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on crew availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a service or cancellation fee.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the items being removed and ensuring our team has safe and reasonable access to the property and items.
Customers must disclose any hazardous, regulated, unusually heavy, or potentially dangerous materials before removal begins.
6. Property & Removal Authorization
By requesting removal services, you represent that you own the items being removed or have authorization from the property or item owner to dispose of them.
Once items have been removed from the property, they may be disposed of, recycled, donated, or otherwise processed at the discretion of Empire Junk Removal, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empire Junk Removal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of AZ. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be handled in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
9. Changes to These Terms
